What we collect
The details you enter in the application form (name, email, phone, location, experience, salary details, notice period, skills) and the CV you upload.
Why we use it
To assess your suitability for roles, contact you, and share your profile with our hiring clients when your profile matches their requirement. We do not sell your data.
AI and screening
We may use AI tools to help compare your CV with a job description. AI gives a suggestion only. A person makes every hiring decision.
How long we keep it
Up to 12 months from your last application, then it is deleted automatically.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to hr@uplevelsolution.in. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Security
Your CV is stored privately and only authorised recruiters can access it.
